Federer has been with Muller Technology since 1997 and has been instrumental in shaping the company over the past three decades. He served as Group Chief Sales Officer from 2000 to 2018 and as Group Chief Executive Officer from 2018 to 2022.

Federer knows the business inside out. His technical expertise, practical approach and close relationship with customers have always been highly appreciated and have earned him the respect of colleagues, customers and partners alike.
