MCC Global IML, Batavia, Ohio, the world’s leading provider of In-Mold Labeling (IML) solutions, announced a significant expansion of its Founders site. By growing its production footprint within the existing facility and investing in new capacity, the latest label manufacturing technology, and more sustainable local production, MCC is bringing more of what customers need closer to where they need it.
The expansion reflects a simple conviction: proximity is a competitive advantage. As brands demand faster turnarounds, greater design freedom and more sustainable packaging, MCC Global IML is scaling to support its customers and meet that demand with improved service and capabilities built into the heart of its North American operations.

The expanded Founders site brings the latest generation of IML label manufacturing technology online while placing more production capacity closer to customers, creating a faster, cleaner and more responsive model for the market. ‘We are adding more capabilities for high embellishment, which is now in high demand in this market and enables our customers to offer highly differentiated products to brand owners,” underlines Mr. Galindo who concludes: “We want to further improve service to our customers and local production enables that, it shortens supply chains and it reduces transportation miles and associated emissions, these investments make the Founders expansion a platform for next-generation IML manufacturing”.
The full expansion of the Founders site is expected to be completed and operational by Q2 2027.
