Automark, located in Katy, Texas, has introduced a machine for 4-color automation for printing jigsaw blades, which uses a manual loading process and a linear conveyor system to move carriers, each holding up to five blades. If fewer than five blades are loaded, the machine detects this, skips printing and recirculates the unprinted carrier. The pad-printing units operate with servo-driven XYZ axes and allow for tool-free adjustments via HMI, including cliché and pad changes. During conveyor return, printed blades cure while hanging upside down on magnet-equipped carriers. At the start of the conveyor, a robotic arm unloads the cured blades using a vacuum gripper and a magnet-release mechanism.
