From the Editor: September 2020 ENews

Hello, all! Welcome to September! I hope you’re reading this with a pumpkin spice latte in your hand while you enjoy the first chilly days of fall. (Confession time: I am typing this with a pumpkin spice latte in my hand…)

The Plastics Decorating offices are located in Topeka, Kansas, so that means we’re gearing up for a big night – it’s the first NFL game of the season and our Kansas City Chiefs will be taking the field. In a year when nothing has felt normal since March, we’re darn excited to have a reason to cheer.

There’s another reason to cheer… although maybe not as exciting as those Patrick Mahomes passes… Plastics Decorating is celebrating its 20th anniversary. Plastics Decorating has been published on a quarterly basis from the beginning. After 20 years, that equals 80 magazine issues – and, with an estimated average of 48 pages per issue, that’s more than 3,800 pages of industry knowledge shared by experts from all areas of plastics decorating and assembly. We wanted to make it easier for you to find that and use that content, so we have categorized all of the articles from the past 20 years on the Plastics Decorating website. Now you can check out our features on adhesion, heat transfer, inks, laser marking, screen printing, UV curing and so on by clicking on the subject tag.

This was a big undertaking, but we’re excited to bring you this resource – a treasure trove of information from some of the best plastics decorators and suppliers across the US. We’ll keep adding to it with every issue we publish.

You can check it out at https://plasticsdecorating.com/article-archive/.

Have a great day, everyone. And, as always, let us know if we can support your businesses in any way.
