A new ultraviolet curing solution from Newman Printing Equipment, Glenview, IL, solves many of the problems encountered when screen printing conventional air- and heat-dry inks with large screens.
A compact ultraviolet curing solution for drying screen printed pails is available from Newman Printing Equipment, Glenview, IL.
The main indexing carousel features four individual rotary turntables for cylindrical, flat, square and tapered objects up to 12″ in diameter. Larger systems also are available.
Each turntable rotates in front of the back-mounted, enclosed, focused UV system. It solves many of the problems encountered when screen printing conventional air- and heat-dry inks with large screens commonly used in printing buckets and pails.
