SeforTek Launches Welding Machine for Painted Parts
Plastics Decorating
SeforTek, Inc., Stoney Creek, Ontario, Canada, introduced an ultrasonic welding machine that has three power generators and can do welding on painted parts.
It has a vision sensor for LH and one for RH nest that detects the presence of three clips, double-sided tape and clip foam; and it can be abled or disabled by the user. The machine’s nests are made out of urethane material and have blue rubber strips, which act as a protection for the paint and prevents any blemish on the paint due to sonic welding. The user interface is operated by two main users with passwords, and the main user has full access to all screens and can change all the setups.
