Plasmatreat to Participate in TechDay Conference

Plasmatreat, Elgin, Illinois, along with AKRO-PLASTIC, ENGEL, AXIA materials and EJOT, will participate in a TechDay conference on Sept. 21 in Livonia, Michigan. The conference is hosted by Akro-Plastic in partnership with Chemigon LLC.

TechDay, which is free to attend, will cover weight reduction technologies with such topics as new lightweight designs through use of cost-competitive carbon fiber compounds; plastic to metal bonding through plasma treatment for high performance hybrid designs; a different view on organo-sheets as material for home construction, furniture and automotive; and innovative fastening elements specifically developed for lightweight designs.
