The Heubach Group, Vienna, Austria, and SK Capital Partners, New York, New York, has announced the completion of the acquisition of Clariant’s Global Colorants Business (“Clairant Pigments”).

The combined business will operate under the Heubach brand. The Heubach Group also announced the appointment of Stefan Doboczky as chief executive officer of the company, effective Jan. 10. Doboczky most recently served as CEO of Lenzing AG and as a member of the managing board of Royal DSM, the Dutch Life Science and Material Science Group.
