INNOVATIVE Digital Systems (IDS), Indian Trail, North Carolina, has appointed Fernando León as technical service manager. León will not only continue to be a resource for IDS customers, but he also will be responsible for the daily management and operation of the Technical Support team.
In addition, IDS has announced Anthony Rubi as senior field service technician.
