3DT LLC, Germantown, Wisconsin, has announced it is now offering the surface treatment of plastic parts utilizing their expertise, equipment and facilities. With the expanded building and experienced team, 3DT, is now able to offer contracted plasma or corona surface treatment per the customer’s unique specifications. This is a win-win for all, especially those who aren’t ready to purchase equipment or whose production volume is low.
Customers who are not ready to purchase a surface treatment system or their production volume is too low to justify a purchase will be happy to learn that 3DT offers contract corona and plasma surface treatment. 3DT’s team will closely collaborate with customers regarding their specific application. They will test, measure and recommend a treatment process ensuring the required surface treatment properties are met. 3DT’s staff will then process the parts to agreed upon specifications and return them to the customer for further processing steps. Additionally, 3DT would be glad to set up repeat intervals to meet the customers supply demands.
