The POLYCOATER system by SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES is designed as an inline machine, functioning on the principles of vacuum sputtering (Physical Vapor Deposition = PVD). Vacuum sputtering offers numerous inherent advantages. In comparison to traditional batch production, this solution automates the manufacturing process and significantly reduces production costs through the shortened cycle times of inline production. To ensure impeccable coating from all angles, components are rotated in the coating chamber.
