MCC Global IML, Atlanta, Georgia, a global supplier of premium IML label solutions, announced that Carmen Becker has joined the company as President, Americas.

Carmen brings extensive experience leading global businesses and delivering sustainable, profitable growth. Most recently, she served as President of Honeywell Sensing Solutions and previously held senior leadership positions at Tetra Pak and Amcor. Throughout her career, she has led complex organizations, accelerated growth and driven operational and commercial transformation.

She is known for building high-performing, collaborative teams and creating innovative, customer-centric cultures that drive long-term value creation. In her role at MCC, Carmen will serve as the P&L leader for the Americas, with responsibility for driving profitable growth and operational performance across the region. She will focus on strengthening commercial execution, deepening customer partnerships, improving forecasting discipline and advancing operational outcomes, including quality, service levels, onboarding and productivity, while building a more integrated and high-performing organization. She will also play a key role on the Executive Leadership Team, contributing to our broader cultural transformation by reinforcing accountability, building critical capabilities across the organization and ensuring we remain focused on delivering value for our customers. She will be instrumental in strengthening how we operate as one MCC – aligned, focused and execution oriented.

Carmen holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame, an MS in Materials Engineering from Case Western Reserve University and a BS in Metallurgical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University. She will be based in Atlanta, Georgia.
