The Ink Saver-Ring from Pad Print Machinery of Vermont fits into a sealed ink cup where it agitates the ink as the cup slides across the cliché.

Print Machinery of Vermont, East Dorset, VT, has engineered a new device to increase ink usage during pad printing. The Ink Saver-Ring fits into a sealed ink cup where it agitates the ink as the cup slides across the cliché.

The fan blade design helps scoop and mix the pigment as it passes through each chamber. It disperses the ink for better coverage especially when the ink volume is as low as 25 grams. It is ideal for pad printers who use bi-component inks or have shorter print runs. Over time, it can add up to a significant cost savings for any print shop.

The Ink Saver-Ring is available for all sealed ink cup sizes. For more information, call 802.362.0844 or visit www.padprintmachinery.com.
